SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping to the US and Outside Europe

  • Free economy shipping on all orders over $150
  • Standard shipping (4 – 8 business days) starting at $18.99 for orders under $150
  • Ships within 1 – 2 business days
  • Buyer is responsible for duty tax and all other fees associated with item clearance at customs
  • Returns: 10 day return. Buyer pays for return shipping. (NOTE ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT)

European Shipping

  • Standard Shipping rates using real time shipping quotes from UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS (7 – 14 business days)
  • Ships within 1 – 2 business days
  • Buyer is responsible for duty tax and all other fees associated with item clearance at customs
  • Returns: 10 day return.  Buyer pays for return shipping. (NOTE ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT)

IMPORTANT
Ensure your delivery location is properly secured for package delivery. Buyer is responsible for package security once item is confirmed delivered; We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please read and understand our Shipping & Return Policy before placing your orders. Check for the correct size (SIZE CHART), color, and brand to ensure the correct delivery of your items.

Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries, we’re here to help out! We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making sure you, as our customer, is fairly and reasonably taken care of. We firmly stand behind our goods and services, and work extremely hard to ensure we provide the best experience for everyone who decides to shop with us. You can return all eligible item by mail within 10 days of the original ship date.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

  • Tracking Information will be provided on all shipped orders. Buyer is responsible for package once tracking information confirms a delivery
  • For international deliveries, Buyers are responsible for duty fees, and other related fees associated with package clearance
  • Item return must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of delivery
  • Buyer pays for return shipping; except on wrong items received, defective or damaged items
  • Returns initiated after the 10-day period of receipt of delivery are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sales prices. This will be defined as a “Late Return Fee”
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with original tags still intact, including shoe boxes, dust bags, when applicable
  • New Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. A 50% stock fee will be applied if New item(s) is worn, damaged or altered, without original packaging and tags.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded
  • When returning gift(s), you’ll receive your refund only on a Gift Card

REFUNDS

  • All returns will be refunded to store credit only
  • Refunds for orders purchased with a Gift Card will be issues as a Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Returns will be refunded back as store credit within 3 – 5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow for 7 – 10 business days for your return to arrive at our store.
